"The view is fantastic. The multiple terraces are also very pleasant, so you can always sit in the sun or shade. And a stunning sunset! The owner, Thierry, is a wonderful host. He's very attentive and really takes the time to show the entire house. He even provided some drinks in the fridge and a basket of local products. The villa was very clean and tidy."

"Nothing"

"Lovely property. Presented beautifully. Right on the water with private beach access right from the deck."

"Slightly remote area of Sète"

"Everything was super clean and the area was really nice and peaceful. Only 3 mins walk from the beach with the excellent La Ola bar and restaurant a very short distance (along with a few other really nice places a little further along). Outside space was great for eating outside, or by the big front windows if the weather was inclement! Kitchen was well equipped and super clean - large fridge for supplies (and wine)!"

"The only downside is the third bedroom (bunk beds) being open to the mezzanine on one side, which meant we had to be pretty quiet in the lounge at night after kids gone to bed. It would be difficult if a guest has younger children. The TV system is a bit dated (check the remote batteries - makes all the difference) but we got logged onto our own Netflix and Prime accounts so was fine for us. Wifi speed is super fast, so no issues with connectivity."

"Logement agréable, bien desservi par le réseau de bus de Sète, hôte très disponible, grande cuisine"

"Un peu juste pour dix personnes, 6 adultes et quatre enfants. Manque un petit robot plongeur pour mixer la soupe et une théière …"
