"The apartment is spacious, comfortable, has everything you need. Large comfortable bed, there is a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. Good Internet. The windows overlook the courtyard, there is no noise from the street."
"The bathroom needs repairs, it's an old small bathroom. The curtain doesn't cover everything completely. There's an unpleasant smell of sewage or something else. There's black mold in some places. Also, the apartment has poor soundproofing, since it's an old house and you can hear your neighbors behind the wall."

"The bedroom is great for sleeping, but sleeping in the living room is not pleasant at all. There are two windows to the interior of the building where the light is often turned on and illuminates the whole room, the blinds do not work, the dark curtains are too short to cover the windows."
