"-uncomfortable pillows -cakes - could be better ( looked nice, but tasted so so) -reception-people who work there do not smile, they do not seem to be happy welcoming the guests ( especially the woman). This area needs real improvement. The only person there who really seems to be warm and friendly is a fair-skinned, short man who hands you a welcoming drink. -not all the waiters are friendly enough"

"Good choise of foods, exellent location, pleasant staff, a lot of different places where to eat and enjoy drinks at any time of the day and night, loved the 18+ area althought it was too small in my opinion."

"Didn't like at all that all the chairs in pool area and on the beach were reserved by the customers at 7am, there should be smth done about that. Our room was the first one in our corridor, so there was quite a lot of noise in the late evening because there was a bar area just before the corridor."
