"Comfortable spacious rooms. Very pleasant helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with an area to sit outside and admire the views of the Atlantic Ocean. Also a lovely small pavilion where you can sit and also admire the sea views."

"Great location right in front of the mall, which made everything very convenient. Plenty of parking available. The apartment-style room was spacious, with a balcony and a lovely sea view. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and perfect for relaxing."

"The room is clean and the large enough with two people. The bed and covering is simple but very comfortable. The view from the room is very nice ocean view. for what we paid for and it’s prime location, I am satisfied."
"The Wi-Fi is 13 MB per second enough for a video conference call but not so fast for uploading download files. the kitchen amenities is a minimal, not adequate to cook a good meal, perhaps to prepare a simple sandwich or warm a leftover. The outlet in the room is in strange locations not by the table, we had to get an extension cord."

"Great location, friendly staff, lovely pool, stunning views, clean and good size rooms. But most importantly is how helpful the staff were when I left behind my Apple Watch. I called from the airport and the receptionist asked me to call back in half an hour once she had someone check my room to look for it. When I called back she said they found it but as I was at the airport I was unable to return to collect. I asked if I paid postage could it be returned to me in the UK. She told me to email my information over which I did and I asked to be sent a payment link. The hotel posted my watch back to me the next working day, without even asking for payment. I couldn’t believe it. No one is ever this helpful. I just want to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff for being helpful and so kind. A fantastic choice of hotel for your trip in Madeira and made better by the amazing customer service 🙏🏼"
