"The staff were so nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained. The room was so spacious and clean, comfy and warm. Pool and spa area was such a nice treat and the breakfast was excellent. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also very tasty. The hotel is within few minutes walking distance from Wilechka center and the salt mines. I highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel with great spa and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay with the family. The hotel is suitable for children with access to the swimming pool and a special play room. The room was spacious and breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options. The hotel is conveniently located next to Wieliczka Park station but trains are not a problem when it comes to noise. Walkable and short distance to Wieliczka city centre and salt mine."

"Great pool and spa, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good coffee, room and bathroom clean and the bed very comfortable. Dark blinds help to keep light out. The food in resturant was good."

"The children bed was sofa bed when they can add another three single beds to the room to accomodate up to three children with two parents in proper bed. Only one bedroom had a proper third bed. The lemonade was expensive in the resturant."

"Good breakfast; great location - walking distance to the salt mine and a bus station next to the hotel, with buses heading to Kraków on a regular basis. Staff was friendly and helpful. In a restaurant delicious meals are served - recommended!"

"The SPA area is very small - what applies to the swimming pool, jacuzzi as well as saunas. There are two saunas; each for just a few persons. There was no machine with drinking water in the saunas’ or in the swimming pool area - it does not require a lot of money or effort to take care of such a machine, but it would improve comfort of guests."
