"Ideal spot right on the beach. It was close to Mama’s restaurant an a couple of food trucks. Two supermarkets were a short walk away."

"Guy and Ingrid from my arrival made me feel so welcome. They are both very kind and joyful people. The accommodation is so lovely, real Tahitian vibe with the beach and best sunset just a few steps away."

"The location is great, next to a very nice beach and closeby foodtruck and restaurant Mama’s (fresh tuna is recommended). The hosts are really nice and the room is spacious."

"After 2 months in French polynesia, this was the perfect place to spend our final 3 days. The location is beautiful, so no wonder it is popular with local Tahitians. It provides a great base for exploring the island, but don't forget to spend time in Pointe Venus and take in the sunsets over Mo'orea. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, we will never forget our stay.😁"

"The location of the property is at one of the most beautiful sunset beaches in Tahiti and historic area. The hosts were very helpful with any advice you needed to enjoy the area , food , restaurants and transport. The actual room/ kitchenette and the bathroom were spacious and superbly equipped. Wi-fi was one of the best . Exceptionally clean, private and walking distance to the supermarkets, food trucks and a lunch restaurant Mama's Beach House. Excellent stay for Tahiti and incredibly kind owners , Guy and Ingrid, who hosted a wonderful locally sourced and home made dinner. Their 2 dogs were lovely to have around and gentle."

"Everything was amazing. Guy was the perfect host and his wife was lovely too. The apartment was separate from the main house and right on the beach. It was brilliantly equipped, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. A few friendly dogs which only made our stay more enjoyable! Guy gave us advice on things to do and places to visit. Would recommend this apartment 100% and would love to come back one day. Merci Guy! Liz & Paul"

"The location was quiet, close to a beach with great snorkelling, easy to access and Xavier was fairly quick to respond and very helpful. The pool area is amazing! Exactly what we wanted and more. With sun loungers, dinning area, a large umbrella so you can enjoy the pool in the shade and lights in case you want to take a dip after sunset."

"We stayed here for just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The house is located up on a hill and offers a very beautiful view. The room was large, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host, Tetumanaiva, was absolutely amazing. Our flight arrived very late at night, and she kindly picked us up from the airport. The next day, she helped us again with transportation to the ferry and assisted us with our luggage. Since we didn’t know anything about the area, her help was incredibly valuable and made everything much easier for us. The accommodation also has very friendly cats — we met one of them and it was lovely. I highly recommend this place. It is only about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the ferry. A big thank you to the host for all the help and kindness! 🌺"

"Our stay at Vai iti Lodge was excellent couldn’t have asked for more. The bungalows are tucked away in a superb jungle type scenery and you arrive at a large property where you have plenty of intimacy. And it’s beautiful. With a pool and stunning views of the ocean. It helped that we were alone for the first days. Cedric and Laina were very gracious hosts , kind and super helpful with everything we needed. The place was clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. It seemed like heaven to us. Nice breakfast, pain au chocolat and croissants and fruit juice and fresh fruits every day. Private parking. We had no trouble getting there with a suzuki swift so no need for off road car but you do need a car to get there. Lots of things to do and see around as well. We were so happy there that we spent one day just hanging around on the property enjoying life."
