"Beds were comfy, utilities (include the best shower pressure ever) were everything we needed. The location was amazing the views of rolling hills from the kitchen window was very nice to wake up to."

"As we had an evening booked at Hobbiton it was a good location. The host was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with check in. The bed was very comfortable and the studio was spacious."
