"Such a warm welcome! My train journey was badly delayed in Germany and Josine kindly rang to check I was ok. The apartment was cute and cosy… with my own little Christmas tree 🎄. Everything needed for a super stay was there… but it is the kind ladies running Villa Warempel that make the place extra-special. Totally recommend."

"The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful but every item is served to your table meaning the staff are very busy and there can be waits. Suggest that more items are available buffet style?"

"very good location, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby. There is a canal boat stop right opposite the hotel. The staff changed frequently, all the people without exception were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was very clean."

"Fabulous stay. Greeted with white local own produced wine, and a detailed explanation about the commodities and surroundings. Nice recommendation for a stunning sunset view point near the water. Extremely clean, with very comfy bed, and equipped with everything you need to make you fell home. Last but not least the breakfast was extremely generous and tasty. Could not recommend enough. Would like to go back with the family for a longer stay with family. Thank you keep up the great art of well receiving your guests."

"It's right by the water, cosy, easy access to the island nearby, nice dining table and couches, soft beds, a simple place but the pictures don't do it justice, chill vibes, Irma is lovely, my dog loved it and it's about 20-30 minutes driving to Amsterdam and Utrecht. I'd stay here again."

"This bungalow at the small lake in the nature park is very well located on the lake. Even though a bit dated very functional and well equipped. Nice large kitchen with a well working gas stow (remeber to bring a lighter). The local restaurant across the lake is vibrant with very good food and service at reasonable prices."

The B and B is in the heart of beautiful countryside, but there is well stocked grocery store within easy driving or cycling distance. There is also a small cafe about a 2 minute walk away."
