"We stayed in a very nice large room with a balcony facing the ocean and a bathtub in the middle of the huge bathroom. The staff were super friendly. There were two nice pools and a spa. The restaurant had good food and happy hour at the sunset with a great view over the ocean and the Diamond rock. The nearest beach was not the best, but there are many great beaches not so far away if you have a car. Do not miss to visit the local rum distillery! In conclusion we had a great stay!"

"Check in was super easy, the room was cool, staff was super nice and our dinner was good. Beach is very close, and also some attractions as a nearby distillery."

"Iloma is a nice hotel located next to the wonderful Anse Mabouya, a small bay with a natural and clean beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing. You can also see the diamond rock island from the beach or hotel. My room was just awesome, especially the luxurious bathroom with bathtub and a balcony facing the sea, and large windows. The room also has rolling shutters, and there is a fan mounted to the ceiling of the balcony (which I guess also helps with the mosquitos—I don't know why, but I only noticed a single mosquito during my stay, despite the mangrove nearby). The staff was super welcoming and helpful at all times. I don't speak French, but this was never a problem. The parking lot was always quite full, but I never had an issue to get a decent parking spot. The hotel also has one or two gazebos, with chairs and tables, where you can just relax. I can definitely recommend this hotel and consider to visit again in the future."

"The Kanawa restaurant was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was ok and they serve scrambled eggs when you ask. I went for dinner three times, the first evening was delicious, the next two rather disappointing (I believe the entrecôte was actually a sirloin)."
