"We booked our stay here on a bit of a whim and as soon as we walked into the room wished we had booked longer than 1 night! The room was absolutely stunning and so much more impressive than it looked in the photos, the bathroom had a lovely spa bath. Location was very central and it was a lovely spot to explore the strip on foot and grab a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful in assiting us to book a limo service to the ferry terminal on our departure & catching the coach on arrival at the terminal was also very easy."

"There was fan noise that ran all night that we couldn't seem to turn off and therefore unfortunately interupted our sleep."

However, it's unimaginable for a hotel of this caliber that you have to wait half an hour at breakfast just to be seated—despite plenty of empty space in the dining room. It seems like a rigid (and stupid) policy to make guests wait unnecessarily, which isn't fun when you're simply craving a quick coffee at 8:30 a.m."

"We are staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is so beautiful, the room is so spacious & staffs at all departments are so cheerful, helpful & polite. Conrad Macau has all the facilities like: swimming pools, proper gym, sauna & also steam &, dry sauna. Especially thanks to the lady, Langma who is working at the Health club. She's so kind & warming. Definitely we'll come back to stay at your hotel in the near future. Highly recommended 👌"

"Room is very spacious. Large queen size beds with many pillows to choose from. Double wash basins and strong shower head in the toilet. Thick towels, very clean housekeeping. Good toiletries provided in the toilet. Welcome gift was a bonus. The reception and concierge staff were all very helpful and polite.This was my 3rd stay in Conrad and it has not disappointed me with it's high quality service"

"The air conditioning was a little inconsistent. Sometimes in the middle of the night, the air conditioner will turn warm and then cold again on it's own"

The staff has excellent service, they were very helpful, they paid attention very detail, but the level of service provided and helpfulness goes beyond anything that I have experienced it’s even better than some of the five star hotels that I’ve been. Thank you to Ms Anna at the Concierge hotel very patient and good explaining about Macao and recommend to us what to do and food must try at Macao."
