"อาหารเช้าคุ้มค่ากับราคา เพราะที่นี่จะออกไปหาร้านอาหารหรือ Supermarket ค่อนข้างไกล ห้องพักที่เราจองเป็นแบบ 2 ห้องนอน มีห้องน้ำ 3 ห้องอาบน้ำ 2 และ 1 ห้องรับแขก มันวิเศษมาก ป้ายรถเมล์มีทั้งอยู่ติดด้านข้าง โรงแรมและฝั่งตรงข้าม"

"ที่นี่จะไม่มีคาซิโน และ Free Shuttle Bus หากต้องการต้องเดินไปใช้ของ โรงแรม Sands Macau อยู่ตรงข้ามกันใช้เวลาเดินไปประมาณ 5 นาที ไม่มีตู้กดน้ำแข็ง หากต้องการต้องขอจากพนักงานเท่านั้นซึ่งมันยากในเวลากลางคืน (จึงแนะนำให้ตั้งเครื่องทำน้ำแข็งที่ Lobby หรือ ประจำชั้นเว้นชั้นก็ได้)"

"Nice non-casino hotel. We got a room upgrade to a corner room with good view and extra room. Breakfast was good, coffee not so much. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Just across the road from Sands Casino/Hotel where you can get more transport options including free shuttle buses to some locations in Macau. Note the Macau public bus service is excellent and easy to follow using Google maps."

"Difficult to get information from check-in staff. Couldn't provide change for the bus. Concierge was more helpful. Cleaners "invade" your room whether invited in or not! Very few non-Chinese tourists in this hotel and Macau generally which may explain communication/expectation gaps."

"Friendly and helpful staff, the location is good with Sands Hotel directly opposite with a free coach service to the Venetian on Taipa. Also it’s convenient for the cheap local bus service to the old town Macau. The indoor pool was excellent and the rooms are large and beds comfortable."
