"The entire stay was excellent. The hotel was beautiful. Enjoyed the songs of the flute player on the rock and the singers in the lobby. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. BF and dinners were superb, the Buffet was excellent. There was a wide range of varieties over there. We enjoyed the food well. There were nice pools. The staff (housekeeping, pool, restaurant) were good. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest."

"The reception staff were attentive to room calls, but not smiling or friendly as we passed by; they seemed a bit rude. We were never greeted except upon arrival. They are not even looking at us as we pass through the reception area."
