"I had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness and newness of everything inside were immediately noticeable, and there were no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast served was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Despite having a leg injury, staying on the second floor posed no issues for me in terms of accessibility, which I greatly appreciated."
"The only downside was that the cleaning staff didn’t refill the soap container in my room, and I kept forgetting to inform the receptionist, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay."
"The hard product at the hotel is really nice. Good, comfortable modern rooms, with nice comfy beds. The location isn't the most central, but everything is about a 10 minute cab away and there are things located in the neighborhood."
"It's a bit hard to rate the hotel because the first couple nights I found the staff difficult, if not rude. The restaurant food is frankly terrible, with a pizza that might have been the single worst one I've ever been served. No one seemed to care. No change, printer broken. On the third day we seemed to warm up to each other and things were quite a bit more friendly then. I actually had a good time! But it's really not up to standard and need to do better. (Our communication was in Russian.)"

"Чисто уютно и по европейски, если ты не одно НО. Стены в отеле картонные. В 3 ночи в соседний номер мужик привел проститутку. Шум, гам и громкое сношение еще куда ни шло, но когда где-то к 5 утра он начал ее бить как грушу, а она орала как резанная, то это уже был предел. А позвонить на ресепшен невозможно, у них телефонные аппараты «не прошитые», тупо не работали. Короче, устроили там свеженький бордель"
