"> initially difficult to find, the GPS navigation kept bringing me to somewhere different; need to have more explicit instructions > air-conditioning + floor heating remote control only had Korean characters, which made it difficult to adjust things (I ended up with a boiling hot room the first night of my stay, which attracted several mosquitoes who bit me the whole night); this was luckily fixed early the next morning by the female host > take note that there is no elevator; you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs > not soundproof; could hear people going up and down the stairs if they wore heavy boots > tea cup + plate was provided but no spoon"
