"The room was very clean and the staff were conscientious. We didn't speak Khemer so we had to be patient with each other. The hotel is located in a very traditional neighborhood so we got to observe real life in Phnom Penh which was great."

"Red ants in room, single glazed windows and when a car drives by everything shakes, a lot of noise from outside. Staff at the front desk does not speak English so hard to communicate"

"I didn’t have any hot water, it wasn’t clear when the restaurant was open and both times when I tried to get food (6:30pm and 9:30am) it was a no. food pretty expensive."

"It s a modern hotel. It takes about 20 to 30 min by tuktuk to the center. Free refill water is provided. Bed was comfy and clean. There s a fridge in the room."

"The staff was not that friendly (no warm welcome or saying goodbye). For checking out 1-2 hours later, they wanted to charge 8 dollars for each hour extra. Means for staying 2 hours longer it would be 16 Dollars. I payed 18 dollars for the whole night - ridicolous to charge that much. Just wanted to have a shower before the flight. Also that was not possible. So i had to rush back from the city only to shower before 12 o clock . In all other cambodian hotels or guesthouses it was never an issue to check out a bit later for free! In the bathroom was foreign hair in the area of the water basin and the shower wall. The bath mat was wet and used when i checked in and toilet paper was missing. They fixed that, but did not even do the used mat from the previous guest out of the room. Through the ac came smoke in. Obviously smokers that went on the balcony smoked next to where the ac soaks in the air. You hear all the time the elevator bell and also guests in the house. There s a gap under the door of the room. The staff didnt give me any information for sightseeing etc. Most of the staff spoke only very little english."
