"Nevis, the owner of this guest house is a lovely, warm and caring lady. I really enjoyed my stay in Secer. Its clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. It is 5 mins walk to the centre, and 16 mins walk to the bus station to get the airport shuttle bus. I had a lovely time in glorious Split. I will be back Nevis, and thank you for everything. X"

"What's not to like? Very clean, comfortable and quiet, right on the edge of old town, friendly host (Neves was lovely), small accommodation with shared facilities, fridge. This was a great stay! Don't let the shared bathroom put you off. There are two bathrooms for not many people, are modern, filled with toiletries and look freshly cleaned all day and night."

"This place is very convenient as it is just less than 5 minute walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to the bus station. You can find many nice restaurants, convenient stores and a hypermarket nearby. The room and the shared bathroom are extremely clean. The lady host, Ms Nives is extremely kind, helpful and responsive to questions. I highly recommend this place to those who are visiting Split."

"It’s very convenient to the Riva and main city. And the host was very helpful and friendly who helped us to find free parking nearby."

"There is no lift to the property. Also stairs was not lit up during night."

"Great location- just a minute walk and you were in the middle of the Old Town. Great view of the Old Town from the lounge. Large and spacious- a great space for the 4 nights that we were there. Being at the top of the building made the property feel very secure. Had cooking facilities- were able to have breakfast at the property each morning. Friendly hosts- the hosts were helpful and the check in and out was easy."

"The studio has a great location, in a quiet area; 10 min walk to the ferry and the central busstation; the stop of bus No.6 is 20meters away (No.6 takes you to the old town in a few minutes). There's a restaurant infront the house, a bakery and supermarkets very near, and there's a beautiful garden in the backyard, where you can have your breakfast. The room is small size, but it has any equipment you need for a short stay. AC is working well."
