Our private, family run guesthouse has various sized, en suite rooms with air conditioning throughout; just 100 metres from the 1700 year-old Diocletian Palace. Our accommodation is light and friendly, decorated with bright colours in comfortable surroundings. Being a family establishment, we know how to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have a quaint garden with lush flora and outdoor seating which provides the perfect spot for enjoying the warm sun. Our reception will be available 24 hours a day should you have any requests or queries.

"Everything. Great location. Fantastic place to stay. The owner was so welcoming and helpful with everything. It felt like home from home. I arrived from zagreb and I got caught in a massive thunderstorm and when I arrived my clean clothes in my backpack were damp. I asked where was there a place to wash and dry my clothes and the owner said she would do it for me. So so kind. Would love to go back there in the future."

"Great location, near supermarket and walking distance from the port and old town. Confortable and clean room with a nice garden area. Well managed guesthouse. There are towels available and area to leave the luggage after check-in. 10 of 10."

"The accommodation is near the city center (4 min walk from the Old Town), nearby are two supermarkets with everything one needs. The lady who received us (the owner’s sister) is a sweet lady who explained all the details about the surroundings. The room was very clean and spacious."

"The property was run by two lovely ladies who were very accommodating when I requested early check in and when I ended up needing to extend my stay. The room was clean and spacious with good air conditioning. The guesthouse is well located just outside the old town and has good security with you needing to pass through 3 locked doors/gates to access your room. It’s also in walking distance to the port and has large supermarkets nearby which were very convenient. There is also a lovely garden at the property."
