que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

staff refused to arrange the car with a driver to the border with Angola, even if I'm agree for the proposed price. Why ?

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.
