"I liked the reception and staff a lot. They have a very beautiful hotel right by Lake Kivu. They have good drink and food options. Their breakfast was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again, it's safe and clean and is really gorgeous"

"WiFi in the rooms could have been better, but it was still okay."
