The toilet somehow plugged and the water flowed all over the place during my stay. But thankfully, the staff acted really quickly and fix the problem. The roommates also volunteered to help. We started to chat and become friends. It was a really warming experience at the end. Also, I would appreciate if the breakfast can be more elaborate.

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

I didn't eat breakfast there as there is a wonderful garden cafe 1 min walk in the same street which is lovely for good coffee and food."

Hot water was a little temperamental and loo leaked.

"Had a comfortable stay here for 1 night layover, Dany was a great host. I enjoyed visiting the night market nearby where you get to see a slice of local life. The dorm room is quite basic but great for the price, and bathroom facilities were clean."

Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. "Absolutely loved my stay here! The ambiance is so serene! It's nice and quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully. Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"

A little noisy at time in the night but that's to be expected

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

My fault choose the yurt room because I always pee in the night and the toilet in the main house. The location far from the city, if u wanna a quite place and for long stay, its recomended.

"The hotel was recommended to me by a couple I met travelling and they weren't wrong, Everything was so great about the hotel that I extended my stay by 2 days, The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and different every morning, The manager even gave me a ride to the bus stop to catch the bus for san salvador, It was great value for money, I will definitely stay there again,"
