"The scenery is peaceful and restful. The loft was impecably clean and cozy. Jean's recommendations on Hue were spot on. On top of that, I really welcomed the experience of being part of the household's routine, it was really nice to be able to share a meal and play with the kids. It's a little bit far from town, but nothing that a Grab can't resolve it. The overall experience makes up for it. I wish Tam Tinh Vien the very best!"

Access was an initial challenge as this was not automated so you cannot let yourself in and had to wait until someone respond to the telephone! A ringing doorbell at the gate or at the front door would be helpful!

Location is bit far away from the city if you have a car then no problem , there is free parking and the great thing is you would have lovely city view. "The location just off the highway was perfect for me and I was able to book it on the travel day. There was a comfortable family vibe and the staff was extremely friendly. They made me perfect fried eggs for breakfast, served in a beautifully decorated room that had a large selection of bread, jams, cheeses, meat cuts, yoghurt, cereals, fresh juice, different kinds of coffee and tea."

The main entrance was closed at arrival, so I had to find the barn door to get in. There are parking spaces in front of the property, but if you arrive during dinner service, these might be taken by restaurant guests.

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

По информация от сайта - размерът на стаята е 15 кв.м. За стая Nо 2 тази квадратура вероятно включва и банята, и балкона. Стаята е изключително малка. За една-две нощи е ОК, но за по-дълга ваканция за двама не е за предпочитане. Би било добре да се постави закачалка за връхни дрехи (към момента липсва).

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

"We enjoyed staying in this pleasant beautifully decorated house with the lovely host Genet and her 4 puppies. She was very warm ,welcoming and treated us like a member of the family. Genet was very efficient and organised and updated us regularly before our arrival. She arranged safe transport for us ,gave us very useful tips and reccomeded lovely places to dine at. Every day she prepared amazing traditional breakfast dishes and before we left even gave us her own home made berber and another special powder. Loved staying here and will always remember Genet"

The location was a but challenging, nothing to eat close by or to have a walk, but the owner was driving us everywhere, they were so nice

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

It's hard to escape noise in this part of the world. There was some very loud music playing at local bars at night. We had to kill a lot of mosquitos

The shower didn’t work properly, but that can be easily fixed.

El jardín estaba muy descuidado, un par de horas de trabajo por el propietario harían que fuera mucho más atractivo y con menos mosquitos. La casa es muy poco luminosa
