"Fantastic, amazing,clean beautiful cosy place. Very friendly and felpful owner, he brought us butter, as I forgot and also tea. He helped me about what to see in the area. Very very cosy,home atmosphere. I am so so happy to choose this accomodation and I highly recommend it to everyone. At 10.00 pm there is silence. Parking next to house. Everything is very close."

If you are a light sleeper, you might find the noise from the road (10m away) and the railway behind it excessive, as well as noise from the next door neighbours with small kids, etc.

"The place is a pure perfection, one of the rare occassions where photos don't do the hotel justice. The cabanas are few and set in a beautiful green garden. Our cabana was beautifully decorated, there's a small kitchen with all necessary amnities, a bathroom with hot water, comfy bes and a terrace to relax on while waiting for a rain shower to pass ;) If you're a type of traveler who prefers tranquility, I urge you to stay on Carenero, while visiting Bocas del Toro. It's a short (1min, 1$) drive with a water taxi from Bocas Town and one will come to pick you up as soon as you set your foot on pier. The hotel is only 3min walk from the nearest pier."

It was perfect, by far the nicest place I've ever stayed in during my travels. Has a kind of a honeymoon vibe to it. I wish Booking offered a higher grade for places which exceed all others. 11/10 :)

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, and everything was clearly very well cared for. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, yet the location was excellent and very convenient. The room layout was very practical and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The internet was extremely fast and reliable. The bathroom was a real highlight — a fantastic shower with both a rain shower and a movable shower head, and the water pressure was excellent. The host was friendly, attentive, and very responsive to any questions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place."

The room(s), I've been staying in the one facing the street, are well lit and comfortable even for a longer stay, offering privacy and leaving room for some exchange with the owners as well. "Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers! Thank you Safar guest house!"

"Everything was excellent! Perfect location, walking distance to the center. Incredible restaurant next door with very friendly prices and outstanding food. Jorge is the best host I have ever had. He is very friendly and very human person. We had our car broken and he had helped us to push the car to car service and let us to store our staff in his house off the charge. Rooms are very clean, good kitchen, incredible veranda with cool view and BBQ station, hot water, fast Wi-Fi. Totally recommend"

1 socket per room is very little. No heaters in the room so in the night (we were in August) is a little chill but blankets are warm

Nothing. She was superb. The stay was in a remote location. But if you have a car, it is still accessible

"After being welcomed at the jetty we received a wet towel, tasty sandwiches and a refreshing drink. The staff was super friendly and we also liked the island, the room and the breakfast. We got water every day and beach towels."

The shower is open, so the bathroom gets wet every time you shower.

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. "This property and the owners, are now our favorite in Martinique. We were welcomed after a long day of travel. The owners kindly left us fruit, coffee, juice and a baguette for breakfast with the local tasty guave jam. So thoughtful. The house provided good size rooms, very comfortable Caribbean chairs, nice large bed, and wonderful outdoor seating with lush greenery, meticulously cared for, outside. To sit and have coffee and watch hummingbirds and others, while we looked at many kinds of tropical flowers was a great experience daily. Everything we wanted and needed in the house was at our fingertips. So much Martinique charm! We highly recommend to anyone visiting Martinique. And a short drive to the beaches, Jardin Balata, and top things to see on the island."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us around. There was private parking under a carport with a gate, which was great. The shower had endless hot water without messing around with a boiler; quite rare in Bosnia! A 2 minute walk away was a small shop with essentials."

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The matress is very hard and the bed is noisy with every movement. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good sleep because of this.

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

"The guesthouse was very clean and beautiful, as well as quiet with access from the back of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a microwave, fridge, oven, sink and cleaning supplies and cutlery and spices. Our room was a good size, with charging ports near the bed, clean sheets and covers and enough space for our large luggage. The location was also really good, close to the airport. It's very close to thr Trollkunfinger walk. You can park right beside the house, and there's space for at least three cars."

There were some loud motercycle noises in the night, it did keep us from sleeping a little, so it seems like the neighbourhood can get a bit noisy. The nice bathroom with a standing shower is in the basement, which you need to access from outside or from a trap door in the kitchen. The other bathroom has a tub but doesn't have enough ceiling space to stand. The basement was a little cold and dusty and so bathing there was a little scary!

"A true homestay with warm hospitality and amazing facilities at the 7th floor. Located close to a MRT station, restaurants, shops and several green recreational areas."

For me, having visited the Singapore tourism highlights on a previous visit, it was not an issue at all, but good to be aware that those highlights take a bit of time to get to. Also good to be aware you are welcomed into an actual home while the owners are living there. It's part of the charm.

"There was much to like about our stay - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower. The location - a short drive from the main Belle Mare beach and not too far from the main regional hub of Flacq (with its twice weekly market and also Super-U for those who prefer more modern facilities) - was good and the walk from the accommodation to the dining area through an abundance of local floral was a delight. But biggest praise must go to owners Roshan and Sang (and their son Kite) who were so warm and welcoming - they made each guest feel like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble for them and the food (breakfast and dinner) freshly prepared by Sang each day was varied but always delicious. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints whatsoever. Well, actually, just one - we never did get to see Roshan feeding the Dodo."

It would have been great to have had a fridge in the room

"It's not just "a hotel", it an immersive experience of Armenian hospitality in a beautiful, very neatly kept private home. You are a personal guest of a beautiful family, the breakfast is served every morning on a crispy white table linen. The place provides a lot of comfort and privacy. I really enjoyed my stay."

I simply didn't get why some taxi drivers do not enter the driveway, preferring to pick-up or drop 20 meters away, on a crossroad. The street is open both ways. But that's rather a question to the taxi services.
