"We arrived at the private park in the camp, then the owner of the camp received us and gave us a nice welcome. He took us to the camp and then showed us a 4-hour tour, which was beautiful. The camp was very beautiful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it."

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "Exceptional property has the river running through the front yard, with barbecue, hammock, swing and patio furniture. Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"Wir hatten telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Zur Schlüsselübergabe kam jemand und hat den Schlüssel und das Haus übergeben. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Der Plattensee mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar. Die ganze Siedlung wird nur im Sommer bewohnt. Das sollte man wissen."

Es gab einen Fernseher, aber nur ungarische Programme. Internet war leider nur per Mobil möglich, was das Traffikguthaben ziemlich schmälerte. Wir hatten große Tarife, da ging es schon. Aber mit 10 GB kommt man nicht lange, wenn man Netflix sieht. Prepaid-Internet wäre ne Möglichkeit.

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."
