"Location was A plus. Facilities were amazing. Staff were extremely helpful, considerate, kind and compassionate. Special shoutout to Dimitros, one of the waiters in Caldera Restaurant. He was our waiter for our special private candlelight dinner that we booked. He was respectful, professional, funny, accommodated all our silly requests for photos and joked with us all night. 10/10 to him, and a testament to a professional at his job."

Maria at the reception was very helpful and Pedros at the breakfast was taking care of us. The manager is always there to be sure that everything is well done and he is always attentive to every detail. Highly recommended"
