"The location is fabulous, we went for NYE, sadly the weather was very poor, but the staff on the ship were great. The view from our room was really good."

"Efficient staff, check in took no time at all and a glass of Cava! Superior room was lovely, with a view of the marina and runway. Comfortable Gastrobar. Great location in the Ocean Village with restaurants all around."

"We were booked for Breakfast, but felt that as we were on a five star boat, the breakfast could of offered a more five star experience. i.e. taking our order for breakfast instead of us having to collect ourselves, as this was no different from how the Premier Inn operate, and it would be good to be different from them."

"The internet and TV connection kept on breaking down. The wardrobe doors are very worn and noisy and kept coming off their runners. There weren’t enough staff on duty to cope with breakfast. We were told to get our own coffee or face a long wait and I continually had to go and hunt for condiments for my table."
