"Prachtig appartement, in het hart van de oude stad Avallon. Alles op loopafstand zoals restaurants, supermarkt, bakker. Top badkamer met riante inloopdouche. Motorfiets kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Het appartement zit in een klein doodlopend straatje/steegje. Alles aanwezig om zelf te koken en een klein terrasje waar eind van de middag lekker de zon scheen."
"Eigenlijk niets. Het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Enige omissie waren de batterijen in de afstandbediening van de tv die gecorrodeerd waren en daarom niet werkten. Maar door de batterijen even te wisselen met de batterijen van de andere batterij was dat snel opgelost."

"Lovely to have a balcony with a view! The flat was nice and quiet and there was lots of wardrobe storage space. Having the separate bathroom was very handy too."

(I don't want to write down the following information as minus, but I think it's important for other travelers to see: it turns out in France in some places you need to take your own bed linen and towel, I can only urge all travelers to read carefully accommodation conditions, this is by no means the fault of the owners, this is booking.com who does not warn you normal way)"

"Everything was perfect. The room was so quiet, clean and big. The owner was the perfect host from start to finish. Breakfast was high quality and the pool was a nice plus. "- tolles gemütliches Holzhaus mit mega niedlichem Vogel-Design im gesamten Haus (geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, nicht überladen, genau richtig!) - eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück - super tolle Vermieterin Annabel (Jean-Yves haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt, aber er ist sicher ebenso toll!) - süßer Willkommensgruß: selbstgemachte Pfirsisch-Lakritz-Marmelade, Madeleines und Salzkaramell - Garten mit Sitzecke und Liegestühlen (und einige süße Vögel um uns herum!) - einige Verbrauchsartikel (Seife, Duschgel, Spülmittel, Öl, Salz&Pfeffer, Geschirrtab, Waschmaschinenpods, Kaffee, Tee) - sehr sauber - hier haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal, Annabel! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt total genossen!! (und wir haben unsere Wanderhose wiedergefunden - nochmal lieben Dank fürs schnelle Nachschauen!)"

"Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat uns direkt nach der Buchung mit Tipp für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. versorgt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes hat Jean Francois mmer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt. Die Lage ist sehr schön! Der Blick vom Balkon am Abend ist besonders und morgens kann man auf der schönen Terrasse im Schatten frühstücken. Der Supermarkt ist 4 Autominuten entfernt."
