"El hotel no tenía recepción como tal, ya que tienen dos hoteles conjuntos separados por una carretera, lo que dificultó la llegada. Las recepcionistas que nos atendieron a través del timbre del mismo fueron muy agradables e hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarnos, pero a pesar de hablarles en 3 o 4 idiomas, no nos entendíamos hasta que vino otra que hablaba euskera. Por lo demás, todo fue genial."
