"It is located in the quiet Viljandi suburb. Cute small rooms for short stays. Breakfast had all the main things (muesli, porridge, eggs, sandwiches, good coffee) you would want from an Estonian breakfast."

"The host was very nice (and even spoke Finnish). We had our own balcony. The breakfast was OK. Very good value for money!"

"We absolutely loved the beautiful garden that greeted us on the arrival. And the balcony! Lovely sunny balcony to chit-chat with your besties and watch the sunset. We also loved the absolute silence and peace at night, although our room was right next to the reception desk. Breakfast was nice and simple and everything was there for a good start of a good day! Even the kids dug into their morning porridge and jam with great appetite! Nice and homely place to stay!"

"The breakfast was good, tasty and complete. The balcony is so cozy and the garden is pretty. The place is quiet and peaceful. The room had a TV with access to some HBO programmes. The host was very kind and efficient."

"Asukoht. Tubade suurus oli mõnus. Terrass oli suureks plussiks."

"Vannitoas duššiall käimisel, muutus terve põranda pind märjaks. Wc potile ei saanud pärast kuiva jalaga."

"Asukoht veidi kesklinnast eemal, kuid autoga liikudes täiesti vastuvõetav. Mõnusalt vaikne eramajade piirkond. Peremees oli toredasti ukse peal vastas ja juhatas tuppa. Tema antud soovitus ujumiskoha osas oli suurepärane - mõnus õhtune ujumine Karula järves. Saime väga vahva rõduga toa, millelt avanes vaade imelisse tagaõue (purskkaev!) ja millel oli mõnus õhtul raamatut lugeda. Meie suureks imestuseks õhtul sääski ei olnudki :) Hommikusööki me ei tellinud. Toas oli külmkapp, kuhu sai hommikusöögi tarbeks kaasavõetud jogurti panna. Kui taas Viljandisse satume, võib meid üsna suure tõenäosusega taas Felixi majast leida. Aitäh!"

"Vannitoas võiks olla midagi, millega vannitoa põrandat kuivemaks tõmmata. Kui käid duši all, siis on kogu põrand märg ja WC kasutamisel saavad jalad märjaks. Akendele sääsevõrgud, sest iga päev ei pruugi sääsetu olla."

"Хорошее месторасположение . Очень красивая , ухоженная территория. Прекрасный , радушный хозяин . Можно купить дополнительно завтрак за небольшие деньги, который приготовит сам же хозяин. Очень вкусно!"
