"We were cycling and stayed at Palates Hotel. We had a room with a stunning view of the sea and mountains and a delicious breakfast included. It was also a wonderful bath after a day of cycling. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended."

"The friendly, family-run atmosphere, size, comfort and facilities of room and the incredible view from the balcony were perfect. The same people run the local taverna which was a great spot for people watching and traditional food. Lovely village, easy to reach from Paphos and a good base to explore the north west away from the tourist hotspots. Felt it was great value for money."

"Look, the furniture is definitely worse-for-wear and the linens and towels are thin—luxury this ain't—but we slept like stones each night so for us these could be improved, but ultimately weren't that big of an issue."

"We asked for a twin room with 2 single beds and although was confirmed through booking, at the reception they rudely told us that your booking syster always confirmes automatically a request but actually does not verify this request with the owner???? Which I found it unprofessional by YOU and the hotel owner but didn't insist... as I didn't want to ruin my holidays."
