"The Host was incredibly friendly gave me a ride from the airport to the room for 20 BHD he toured the apartment with me left out a whole host of snacks and drinks which is just what you want when you arrive, everything was clean nothing was dirty IE: no hair in the bed etc would book again."

"Good location, atmosphere, and veiw. Breakfast was great. Overall staff was professional except for one."
I had barely slept on check out night. I requested reception for late check out and they approved. However, I was interrupted by one of the staff during my sleep two hours before agreed check out time. He knocked on the door and the opened the door on me in the room. I shouted to put on some clothes to go out talk to him. He kept insisting that he has notified me that it is check out time and he talked to me before, fist time I saw him. I was put off my tempers and told him to get the F away. When checking out I complained to management yet the fixated on me cursing him. To sum up my experience, I would never go back to the Sofitel knowing that this is the kind of management there is.

"الشقه مرتبه ونظيفه وقريبه من مراسي غاليري والشواطئ ، لكن افضل مافيها الاثاث راقي والاطلاله من البلكونه خيال انصح فيها وبقوه ، والسعر مناسب جداً"
