"The staff!! Very rude reception staff, one man in particular who checked us in was actively hostile - he doesn’t have good English and was extremely rude when I couldn’t understand him. The first room I was allocated when I got there was dirty (bin overflowing and beds had been slept in). They changed my room at my request but it is worrying that I could have been checked in to a dirty room. The waiters at lunch/dinner are constantly harassing any women and making inappropriate comments and trying to get their phone numbers. The ‘lifeguards’ at the pools are rude and unhelpful (particularly the man with dyed blonde hair)."
