"Close to the beach and centrally located on the island."

"The property is falling apart slowly. Some lights didn’t work, toilets barely flushed, some faucets and fixtures have rust on them, some of the kitchen appliances are decrepit."

"Open ,clean ,comfortable and spacious . The pool was large and clean with plenty of sun beds ,the staff put on activities for those who enjoyed them. The Staff themselves were friendly ,helpful and nothing was too small or too large for them to handle and attentive without being intruding which give a great friendly comfortable atmosphere. AND for all those plane spotters out there the position of the hotel is excellent for the whole St Maarten experience."

"Slightly dated but that’s immaterial as the overriding experience was excellent"

"The rooms were very big and spacious the property is beautiful"
