The staff of the entire hotel was friendly. Once again , thank you Jay & All staff in all departments. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Hanane Bihi & Aly Taman."

"The hotel is fantastically located in The Pearl, offering beautiful views of both the marina and the sea. All the staff were extremely kind and professional. The room is very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the in-room dining service was fast and of excellent quality."

"The only aspect that, although not negative, could be improved would be slightly expanding the variety at the breakfast buffet and adding a bit more staff. The waiters were clearly overwhelmed when all the tables were full, which resulted in slower service simply because they were doing their best but could not keep up."
