"I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. I originally booked two rooms for one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Jezel at reception was incredibly helpful in arranging the extension smoothly and professionally. I chose this hotel because two of my brothers had stayed here before and loved it — and now I completely understand why. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout. I would also like to thank Imen, who assisted me during checkout. She was very kind and helpful, making the departure process easy and pleasant. Both Jezel and Imen truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended!"
