We were fasting and the hotel allowed us to pre-order breakfast and it would be delivered to our room, the choice was excellent and varied. Across the whole hotel the staff were so helpful, never felt like we were bothering them. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and the service in the W has been the best."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. There is a super market next door, a Nando’s and even a money exchange store."
