"The staff in the hotel were excellent, we were checked-in by ismayil and he was very helpful and attentive. We were fasting and the hotel allowed us to pre-order breakfast and it would be delivered to our room, the choice was excellent and varied. Across the whole hotel the staff were so helpful, never felt like we were bothering them. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and the service in the W has been the best."

"Great location..and they own 8 properties in the area so you can use the spa and pool of the other hotels. We used the metro to get to the airport, stored our luggage in the hotel right next to the metro entrance and used the pool and showers before setting off on our onward journey."
