"It was good and cheap compare to other properties. The host, were so friendly and hospitable making sure to cater all our needs. We had also stay to his property 215 which is better than this room but we understand that this room will be under renovation soon."

"There are things that missing like a lamp and a side table also a while body mirror, just hoping renovation will be done soon."

"Very convenient location - next to Landers, McDonald's, and more. Walking distance to NGC and various eateries. It's nice that it has its own private balcony."

"We did not eat breakfast at the place. When we arrived, we had been eating dinner. The food was good; we had the chicken BBQ and the native chicken tinola."

"Access to the room is the same as that to the restaurant and the shop. In the evening, when the shop closes, we have to use the door at the back of the building to enter the facility."
