"The friendly and helpfull staff, the good food, the hygiëne, the wondeful bed, the clean pool, the location. If you plan a tour, ask for Chandra, he's a great guide. The canoe tour was great, thnx to him. The manager (Manam) was committed to delivering good service. It really is a very good hotel and beautiful.location."

However we've got two improvements we'd like to suggest: the music at the swimming pool is actually taking away a bit of the beauty and disturbing, rather than adding somenthing to the experience (but the staff will turn it off immediately, if you ask for it). The shower would be nicer if there would be a bit more water."

"The resort is very near the national park, so we can see some animals directly from the hotel garden, like crocodiles, deers etc. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They arrange all the activities, including jeep safari and boat safari for us. Very unique and joyful experience."

"It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the bus station to the hotel (around 2500-3000Rs taxi fee), which is not very convenient for the guests who take bus to come to the place. It could be better if the hotel could arrange free shuttle or contact the guest about the situation in advance :)"

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We got upgraded to a villa for free and it was really really beautiful. We did a jeep safari and our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. They offer free cookies that taste amazing and we were obsessed with the smell of the mini shampoo they offered. It is a bit more pricey but for us, also given the free upgrade to the villa, definitely worth it."
