"We chose the accommodation because of the swimming pool for our son. It was fine. We also took the opportunity to order food and drink to our room. The location was quiet and pleasant, right by the lake and yet close to the centre. On the last day we were able to leave our luggage stored at the reception until the evening."

"The room was unfortunately musty - after a long absence it always hit the nose, but then you get used to it. Most of the time the hot water didn't flow - after being alerted, someone always ran to plug something in somewhere, but by then the person was already showered in the cold and by the next time the fix obviously didn't last and the water was only cold again. The staff were noisy and playing music from early in the morning so it was quite distracting."

"I believe that the staff should have better basic English. Especially at the reception desk."
