"The hotel is way lower than expectation or a 5 star hotel. the room is scrated on floow, damaged on door, air in room is terrible even with air condition on. the breakfest is normal, but there are 8th floor and 9th floor, totally different view. if you go to 9th floor, it is better. The guest service team is NOT friendly. my room handel is broken at first 10 mins entering the room. requested for maintendence as need to leave---suppose when i was given the room, the room is in good condition. Made 2 calls to guest servie, 2nd call was not friendly at all and line cutted. The hotel feels not under good management team to give the right training."
