"Amazing Rooms and View The drinks in the minbar were nice, also that the minibar was free Free shuttle around the town They have their own little cablecar up to skiing. So you can go up directly to the slope from the hotel The wellness area is very nice. Thermal pools, big sauna area. Was nice. We were at the La Brezza Restaurant in the house. The Pastry Chef there is a genius. Best desserts we ever had. They have an amazing wine selection too. The staff is just super friendly and helpful. They are always available to help."

"Only very minor items, these things are very small: * When we left we did not get asked if we wanted some bottle of water for the ride. Hotels like the Bürgenstock do that. * During Turndown in the room the minibar was not refilled. * The breakfast buffet is GOOD but not exceptional."
