"my 3rd time in Al Maha. Everything is excellent, from the dining experience to the room."

"maybe too many emails this time about dinner reservation or booking activities that were very confusing, redundant and plain complicated and time confusing to manage! the booking was full board, so at the most I'd like to see is an email with available dining times... and for the activities as well."
