"My family and I stayed for 5Nights on the 6th Floor & the room was spacious, Clean and everything was working during our stay. Staff at the Reception was Nice including the Lobby man! Loved the swimming pool at the roof top (The water was crystal clear and the Lifeguard was soo sweet to my Son), The Location is near to different shopping malls & the Metro."

"The Housekeeper was not cleaning the room properly, he keeps complaining saying the room gets messy every day (which is obvious because we've a 4year old staying with us and it gets messy sometimes), the breakfast options were very limited, our Bed was a bit old and cracked."

"Positive Review – Carlton Downtown Hotel Dubai I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Business Bay Dubai. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to the main attractions, with beautiful views of the city. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, making the whole stay very pleasant. A great choice for anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. Highly recommended!"
