"The hotel's location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I express my gratitude to them. Throughout our stay, I found the room to be consistently clean. The availability of spare blankets and pillows proved to be very useful for us. The large-screen TV was a bonus, and the air conditioner allowed us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. The overall furniture and amenities contributed to our positive impression of the hotel. Many thanks."
"We planned to check in at the hotel very late at night, around 4:00 am. I used booking.com to communicate this to the hotel, and the app notified me that we needed confirmation from the hotel, which we never received. Since we don't speak Bulgarian, we had to rely on our relatives to contact the reception on our behalf. According to them, everything was sorted out after speaking with the receptionist, who assured us we could check in at any time. However, it still felt a bit unsettling because I had booked the room through the app, and they had assigned our room based on that. Unfortunately, our request to change the check-in time went unanswered. Upon arrival at the hotel, we found the reception door locked. After knocking, the receptionist opened the door. We discovered that there were three different receptionists (day, evening, and late night). Unfortunately, the late night receptionist only spoke Bulgarian, which posed a challenge for us. However, we were relieved to learn that the day and evening receptionists also spoke Turkish, which made things easier for us. Sorry, I may have gone into too much detail. But this is also important. The bathroom didn't have a continuous supply of hot water, making it impossible for three people to shower consecutively. I believe there is a tankless water heater system, which was inconvenient for us."
