"This is a superb hotel! Staff are excellent and super friendly. Our room was huge with amazing sea views. The location is very good and would definitely recommend staying here."
"Only one down side worth mentioning and that’s the length of time it takes to get food at the Sugar Apple Cafe! It’s a lovely place and the food is good but the food wait time is absolutely crazy!! Also not having a separate lunch menu isn’t great. The lunch and dinner menu are the same but I good they will improve this and provide a separate and different lunch menu and also sort out the food times. Apart from this the place is more or less perfect!!"
"The location was very good. Just across the road from the beach, close to Holetown and within walking distance to great beaches."
"Initially we were placed in a ground floor, three bedroomed apartment with no balcony. We were very disappointed to be placed in such a dark apartment with no balcony and right on the main busy road. After approaching the owner, Robin, he said he would try to sort it out. Within an hour he informed us we would be moving to an apartment with a balcony. We ended up in a beautiful, bright apartment with a big balcony overlooking the sea. Our wonderful holiday started at that point. Thanks to Robin and his daughter."
"We stayed in a lovely spacious 1 bedroom suite. Great facilities and lovely staff."
"Check was not done by reception staff. We arrived by 6pm and were just taken from the taxi to a suite which was not suitable and noisy. We had to wait until the morning to be moved. This was then dealt with very well and we were moved into a lovely suite."
