"Lovely property in a quiet and secluded residential area, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice patio area to dine alfresco and relax. Short 10 minute walk to the beach nearby and a further 5 minutes to st paynes bay."

"Spacious & comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were welcoming, friendly & helpful. They gave us lots of tips on local places to visit and activities in the area. We enjoyed having our evening meals on the terrace. We had a car, but a short walk down the road to the beach and regular buses, would make it easy without a car. We had a lovely 5 day stay here and if we could have stayed longer we would have done!"

"I would say it all started with John. He was so helpful! He drove us to get our food on the first night! He had stocked up the apartment FAR more than what was advertised. He was an absolute gem, lovely apartment, felt safe and so close to the beach. Will DEFINITELY be returning!"

"The location and property were very good for our needs, well positioned, it was comfortable, clean and tidy, with an excellent level of equipment provided for self catering accommodation. The owner John was an excellent host going above and beyond our expectations."
"I suppose the property was far enough from the bus services, as we didn't hire a car, and up a slight hill on the way back each evening. Other than that our whole experience staying at Annwin Annex was excellent."
"I don’t know where to start! I have had the most amazing stay at Annwin Annex where everything exceeded my expectations. It was like a home from home and so relaxing, yet not too far from the sea and close to a number of good restaurants. Both Winston and Pat were absolutely delightful and attentive, I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality and kindness. I am looking forward to returning next year!"

"Location is very handy for nearby beaches, supermarket, restaurants etc (we had a car but there are also buses nearby too, and it’s a short walk into town). The hosts are absolutely wonderful - very kind and interesting and they ensure you have everything you need. The surroundings are safe and quiet and the apartment itself is spacious and has all you need."
