"We were a bit early, but the host rushed over to let us in and give us the key. This took about 20 minutes. She kindly told us about where to park and what to do in Ieper. Her best tip was to visit the website of the Menenpoort memorial services, which shows which groups come for the service, and every night is different. The apartment is super close to the event and to the market, the museum, and many lovely eat and drink places."

"There wasn't much to complain about. We didn't like the light in the hallway and toilet, which worked on motion detection, so even in the middle of the night when you're sleepy and have to go to the toilet, you are bombarded by light. Another tiny matter was that the bed seemed to have been moved away from it's originallocation, so electricity sockets were in an odd place. And no bedside table on one side, so I used the laundry basket for that."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment in this grand building. It had everything we needed for our 2-day winter stopover in Ypres. We particularly liked the historic feel of the place and the views over the snow-covered garden. Great location close to the centre of town and an easy walk to the Menin Gate. Valerie and Peter were great hosts. We met them on arrival and Peter showed us around and explained the history of the house."

"Nil"

"Geert is a genial host who clearly takes great pride in his property. Communication before arrival was good and he was there to greet us and show us round. On-street parking was straightforward and we were impressed by the apartment's quiet location so close to the Grote Markt. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. For example, we'd bought milk on the way, but didn't need to - it was in the fridge. I've stayed in Ieper many times but it was my first time here. I'm sure it won't be my last."

"Absolutely nothing."

"Location was amazing and Bernard was very welcoming and helpful giving us a free upgrade to a larger apartment 😀"

"Only thing that could be improved is a little modernization but otherwise fantastic"

"The property is very clean and at a perfect location.Dominique was very helpful and responsive to all our queries . I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Ypres."

"Aucun."

"Very friendly staff. had an issue with some ants, Dominic did his best to remedy it."

"The place is looking a little dated now, which is a shame. (I have stayed here before) could use more pillows"
