"The only thing that bothered a bit is the shower area - the floor in the bathroom was wet all around after showering as the space is very small."
"All the services were good. The owner had even arranged me tour guide on very short notice for cheap price with excellent car and driver. I have already recommended this place to my friends. The owner Mr.Gevorg suggested a cafe nearby and it is also very cheap but good quality and tasty armenian food. Overall: 11 out 10 stars, if I can give"

"George the owner was unbelievably helpful and kind to us - offering lots of good advice and helping us to make arrangements for our trip. He also accommodated our request to check in early after an overnight train. The property is conveniently located for the train station / metro and it’s fast to get into the centre. We were getting ready to go hiking and so appreciated that there are good shops nearby for food and equipment. The rooms are comfortable and it’s nice to have some kitchen facilities."

"The owner contacted me via whatsapp before we even arrived. A very nice lady let us in. We only used the accommodation for a quick shower and a short rest. Everything was explained and shown to us. Payment in cash. Overall we were satisfied."

"I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner."

"Gevorg and his team provide exceptional service in his quality accommodation. This is the place to stay in Yerevan for English speakers. Kitchen facilities and laundry room were also much appreciated. Fixtures and fittings are in perfect condition with new beds . Highly recommended"
