"Breakfast had a lot of variety to pick from. Location was good for a quiet quality time. A couple of activities around the area. Manager Lee and waiter Exevia were really outstanding, went above and beyond their duties in making our stay the best."

"Sunday morning around 4am, trucks and tractor noise, just outside our room dismantling tents and equipment used for a wedding the previous day spoiled what could have been a good sleep in. Such activities shouldn't have been allowed during guests resting time."

"Beautiful and absolutely stunning setting and very friendly staff. Stayed in rooms 38 and 39. I had never been to that part of the country so was amazed at the beauty. Horse riding was available which is an amazing experience. The staff were incredible! Always greeting you and best of all was the guard salute at the gate! He deserves a mention as you are greeted and thanked in an awesome way. Loved, loved and absolutely loved it! Thank you for hosting us. You do a fabulous job."

"Disappointed with the Buffet meal could be better. I had pre-viewed the meal but arrived after 8pm and some of the dishes like the chicken pieces had run out so the experience was not the same. They didn't offer anything traditionally Zimbabwean which would have made the experience exotic. I would have loved to have pumpkin leaves in peanut butter or okra etc. This would make the place unique. The beef stew was bland and salad dishes can varied be enriched too. Cultural dishes should be part of the offerings too."

"Was contacted by the property and asked to make a payment via cash or bank transfer in order to secure my booking even though booking.com has my credit card details. So had to run around to try to arrange a local payment. We use booking.com for convenience but nothing about this situation was convenient."

"To sit in the main dining hall for supper, I was told that it was buffet only and could not order from the a la carte menu. I would have preferred to eat from the a la carte menu."
