"We had a wonderful room. The garden is lush and beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a Shoprite just across the street if you want to buy groceries. Very easy to arrange outings from there. Paulina gives excellent massages at the spa."

"The only thing I can think of is adding bug screens to the windows, so that you can open windows without letting in mosquitoes."

"This was my second stay at Fawlty Towers. It was lovely to be remembered by the staff. The room was clean, bed comfortable, great location. The staff are amazing. So welcoming and friendly. I felt like a friend rather than someone passing through. On my first visit I mentioned that the manager was not overly friendly but this visit he was lovely and welcoming. The only downside was on checking out. A miscommunication between shifts over tabs I had already paid left me an emotional wreck, probably due to other pressures in my life at the time, but a positive response from the manger later in the day restored my faith."

"A fantastic place, clean and comfortable with a great garden to relax at. Conveniently located with a supermarket and food shops just in front. Free tea and coffee all day long and free pancakes at 3 pm. Relaxing bar area and it's reasonably priced. The room is comfortable, had great sleep on comfy mattress, with AC and the shower in the room is great! But what makes this a great place is the people, from the kitchen staff to the gardeners. Special mention for the sisters, Gladys and Martha, from the kitchen who are always so welcoming and smiling, and Bright the gardener who always greets me. If you're a motorcyclist, you must meet Mike, the manager, who is a biker himself. He will give you very useful tips on local and regional routes."

"I loved the friendly atmosphere. It was real comfort. I was expecting a rough backpacker place and instead got a lovely room, with a great shower, and a lovely atmosphere and common bar and eating area to relax. Placed in a inner courtyard in central Livingstone, it was a quiet, safe space and I just wish we could have stayed longer. Really recommended"
