"Very friendly stuff, always trying to serve the clients best (even if not too fluent in foreign languages). Newly constructed or renovated hotel with very clean rooms and quite new furniture. Tasty omelet for breakfast"
"It was a bit chilly in the room, esp. in the bathroom as heating was not working and it was some 12-15°C outside. However it is probably not the owners' fault and electrical air-heater was provided to offset that deficiency"
"I liked the breakfast best. It is served at the Restaurant next to the Hotel. Omlette is delicious. We also had dinner there. I recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Room was large."

"The hotel is in the great and safe location. It has huge and nicely decorated rooms with bathrooms and attached restaurant. The owners are very nice and helpful. The hotel also employs one of the staff members named Dren who speaks English. He dealt with my airport transfers. I could count on him and had open minded conversations, that I enjoyed a lot."
"If the owners are not around it is difficult to deal with things like payments, transfers, transport, food etc. as most of the staff members don’t speak English. As a person that doesn’t speak Albanian I wasn’t able to arrange anything without the staff’s help."

Завтраки очень вкусные, свежеприготовленные - омлет, нарезка сыров, колбас, фрукты, кофе. Ресторан находится рядом (пройти по улице). В комнате идеальная чистота, свежие полотенца, тапочки."

"Dobry hotel niedaleko od centrum Prisztiny. Całkiem przyjemne pokoje, dość przestronne. W jednym pokoju nie było lodówki, ale obsługa szybko ją dostarczyła. Śniadanie serwowane, ale wystarczające (omlet plus dodatki), owoce i kawa. Ogólnie ok."
