"Location was good and they have closed car park. The room was clean and spacious. There was a KFC & shoping mall within a 2-minute walk of the hotel."
"The hotel’s restaurant really didn’t appeal to me; I didn’t like the dishes I ordered. The breakfast was very poor, almost nonexistent. Also, it would be good if you replaced the hangers in the room; I couldn’t find anywhere to hang my dress trousers."

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!"
